Terms of Service
These terms apply to every enquiry, booking and trip with Trip Paglu. They keep things clear and fair for everyone travelling with us.

Agreement to these terms
By submitting an enquiry, paying an advance or joining a Trip Paglu trip, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them along with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy before you book.
Eligibility
Our trips are designed for travellers aged 18 and above. You must carry a valid government-issued photo ID before boarding. For any exception, speak to our team before booking.
Bookings and advance payment
Your spot is locked when we receive the advance payment (currently Rs. 1,499). The remaining amount is payable before boarding, as per the amount and timeline we agree with you. If the balance is not paid in time, your spot may be released.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations, refunds and reschedules are governed by our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these terms. Once confirmed, amounts paid are non-refundable, but one free reschedule is available when requested at least 7 days before departure.
Changes to the itinerary
Mountain weather, road conditions, permits and other factors beyond our control can change plans. We may adjust routes, stays or activities to keep the group safe and the trip running. Safety decisions made by our hosts are final, and missed activities due to such changes are not refundable.
Group conduct
Every Trip Paglu trip is a small, curated group. Harassment, discrimination, excessive drinking, substance use or behaviour that spoils the experience for others can lead to removal from the trip without refund. Respect your fellow travellers, our hosts, and the local communities we visit.
Health, safety and adventure activities
Trekking, river activities, camping and similar adventure travel carry inherent risks. Please disclose relevant medical conditions at the time of booking, follow all instructions from hosts and local guides, and travel within your fitness limits. Appropriate footwear and clothing are your responsibility.
Photos and media
We capture photos and videos during trips to document the experience and promote future trips. By travelling with us you grant Trip Paglu permission to use this content. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us on the trip or email us at contacttrippaglu@gmail.com and we will exclude you.
Liability
Adventure travel involves risk and personal responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, Trip Paglu's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the trip concerned. We are not responsible for personal belongings, delays caused by third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
