Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This policy applies to all trips offered by Trip Paglu. Registered travellers can reach our team directly on WhatsApp for any booking-related questions.

Non-refundable once confirmed

Once your booking is confirmed, the amount paid is non-refundable. Please be sure of your dates before you confirm your spot.

One free reschedule

You may reschedule to a future Trip Paglu trip once, free of charge, by informing us at least 7 days before your departure date. Requests made within 7 days of departure cannot be rescheduled.

Price differences

If your new trip costs more than what you paid, the difference is payable before the new trip begins. If it costs less, the difference is refunded to you.

Trips cancelled by Trip Paglu

If Trip Paglu cancels a trip, you get the full choice: reschedule to another trip with no rebooking fee, or receive a complete refund of everything you paid.

By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking with Trip Paglu, you agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
