Who we are
Trip Paglu is a concept-based trip operator based in Delhi, India. We run small, curated group trips across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and beyond. This policy explains what personal information we collect through trippaglu.in and our booking channels, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, join a notify list or book a trip, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, optional details such as age or gender, your trip preferences, and any messages you send us. We also collect basic technical information (such as browser and device type) needed to keep the website secure and working.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, process and confirm your booking, send booking confirmations and trip updates over email (via our email provider) and WhatsApp, collect payments, and improve our trips. We only contact you about things you have asked us about or booked.
Payments
Advance payments (currently Rs. 1,499) and balance payments are collected via UPI or bank transfer. We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI credentials or banking passwords on this website.
Sharing your information
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email delivery provider (Brevo), hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Turso), and only to the extent needed to deliver our services. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, operational and legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, request corrections, or ask us to delete it by writing to contacttrippaglu@gmail.com. We respond to genuine requests within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function and stay secure. We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.
Age
Our trips and this website are intended for travellers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, and material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
